Shipping policy

Where do you ship from? 

All orders are shipped from Sweden in the European Union (EU). For deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs and tariffs. It is the responsibility of the customer to take any responsibility for these costs. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. I ship to the EU and most countries beyond. If you are not able to select your country during checkout, please reach out to us at info@fredsdead.com. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs fee or tariffs that may arise from international shipping. 

Shipping Time

Unless otherwise stated, please allow for up to 1 week for us to process your order. Made to order items generally require 2 weeks of processing and manufacturing time. Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks or more depending on the type of order. 

• Domestic shipping within Sweden takes 2-3 days with Postnord. 
• International shipping within the EU generally takes 3-5 days. 
• International orders outside of the EU can take up to 1 month to arrive and be processed by customs.

Lost or Damaged Package

Once your order is shipped, Fred’s Dead Dice is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office to resolve any issues.
